This training delivers the skills and knowledge required to test the working atmosphere, using electronic test apparatus, to find out if it is safe for the proposed work. Workplace atmospheres may include visible and invisible hazards and hazardous surfaces. It applies to situations where an individual may be required to carry out gas testing of an atmosphere prior to entering a specific area or workspace. The competency requires the person to interpret readings and take actions based on the interpretation 

• Recognise and assess conditions that require testing
• Use gas testing equipment
• Take readings, interpret and communicate relevant data
• Take required action if readings are unacceptable
• Clean and maintain gas testing equipment in accordance with  procedures

Circular access hatch on roof for “confined space entry” training. This hatch allows for training in a controlled simulated workplace environment. With the ability to set a tripod up over the access hole, we can practices top-hole and restricted entry, exit and rescue procedures.

Equipped confined space recue winches and equipment. 

A very safe controlled workplace simulation, with stabilizers attached to each corner of the trailer to ensure minimal movement during training.
